GIVEAWAY
First, we want to say a huge thank you for all of your support for our giveaway! It was such a success we want to do another one! All of the businesses who participated got new followers on social media. We even had people say that they did not know about some of the businesses that we featured! An all around success, we'd say!
Maybe we'll have to do another one for next Christmas? We were hoping to get your help in suggesting some businesses that might be interested in participating in a giveaway. It can be your own business or one that you know of. Either way, we'd be glad for some suggestions.
COVID-19 UPDATE
We also wanted to provide you with an update with the new stay at home guidelines from the province. Thankfully, we are permitted to remain open. You are still able to see Dr. Rob for your dental appointments and our hygienists will be doing your regular hygiene appointments. This has stayed the same because we were able to get the proper personal protective equipment to operate safely during a pandemic. This includes, masks, gowns, face shields, sealed rooms when needed, air cleaners, and proper scheduling.
There have been a few changes due to the new guidelines. We are unable to provide non-essential services including Happy Visits (these are free fun visits for young children to get them used to being in a dentist chair) and tooth whitening. If you are unsure if your dentist appointment is essential or not, please call us. We are more than happy to talk to you.
Also, while school is happening from home, some of our team members are working modified hours and it means we may have reschedule some appointments as a result. For the most part everyone has been incredibly understanding and for this, we thank you.
Because our waiting room is small and there isn't much room to social distance, we have been asking each person to call when they arrive in the parking lot and we will let you know when it's safe to come in.
ESSENTIAL SERVICE
We have been getting a few inquiries about hygiene appointments and we want to assure you that our hygienist are still operating. We have put in place the proper protocol from our governing bodies in order to operate. We've done this because we understand how vital regular hygiene visits are and how much missing your regular appointments can negatively effect your oral AND overall health.
We are very thankful that we are able to remain open right now. It was very sad and a little surprising how much we missed having the beautiful smiles grace our hallways this past March. It's wonderful to be able to still remain working and providing the dental care that you need.
