Welcome October! The month of pumpkins and candy . . . candy, the dentist's best friend.
We wanted to pumpkin spice things up this month and have a colouring contest!
Here are the rules:
Download and print this image here, or stop by and get the image from our office
Be creative - colour, paint, diamond dots, paper. Use your favourite medium to show off your creative skills
Write your name and number on the BACK (so we can contact you if you win) (on the back so we can post pictures on our social media)
Bring it to the Tooth Doctors for us to put on our Colouring Contest Wall
Details:
You MUST be 99 years or under to enter
All submissions must be between October 1st - 26th
Winner will be chosen based on creativity, originality, and something that makes US smile
Winner will be chosen on October 27th from the colouring contest wall
Winner will receive a $25 Walmart Gift Card
Please bring in all submissions, we do not have the ability to print electronic submissions because we don't have a colour printer
All submissions (without names) will be posted on social media
Submitting your artwork to us is consent that we can put your work on our social pages unless otherwise indicated
