What To Do When You Arrive To Your Appointment

Given the uncertainty in the world today regarding COVID-19, we want to assure you that we have done everything possible to ensure your next dental appointment is safe for yourself and your dental team.  We have put into place new technology and policies and procedures designed to best safely perform your dental care while maintaining social distancing and minimizing contact points in our office.  Despite our new look, we are still the same smiling team behind our masks that we have always been!

Please note, many of the policies and procedures implemented have been mandated by our regulatory bodies or the Ministry of Health.  Failure to comply to them may result in the closure of our office.

Procedures for Coming to Your Appointment
  • Fill out the COVID-19 Pre-Screening test before you come to your appointment

  • Arrive on time for your appointment. Due to social distancing and disinfecting measures, we have had to implement different appointment lengths.  As a result, we do not have as much flexibility in scheduling as we had in the past.  Failure to arrive on time for your appointment means that we likely won't be able to see you for that appointment.

  • Stay in your vehicle and text or call us to let us know you have arrived.  Our waiting room is currently not accessible.

  • When we are ready for you, we will text or call you to come into the office.

  • The Ministry of Health mandates that you need to have a mask/face covering to enter our office. If you do not have one, we will provide one for you.

  • Sanitize your hands when you enter the office.

  • Leave your belongings in your vehicle.

  • When you have completed your treatment, you may have to wait in the treatment room if someone else is at the front desk/waiting room.

  • When the front desk area is free, you can go to the desk to pay and schedule your next appointment.

  • Sanitize your hands on the way out and have a wonderful day!

If at any point you have questions or concerns, please call, text or email us.  We are always more than happy to discuss with you anything that may be a concern for you.
