Around here, oral health month is usually a pretty big deal. We like that there is an entire month celebrating the mouth. Something we are very passionate about, as you may guess. This year, things seem to be much different. Usually we'd tell you about the connection between your oral health and your body, or give you some information about a VELscope - a light that detects abnormal cells in your mouth. However, since we are all in social isolation, and we are only seeing emergencies, we decided that those were not really necessary.
Instead, we want to tell you that it's very important to keep up with your brushing and flossing right now. Especially since we aren't allowed to fix your teeth 🦷.
Right now is a great time to establish a new habit. James Clear's book Atomic Habits has some really great ideas about how to establish a habit. He even talks about flossing.
If you want to get in contact with us, Christine checks our phones regularly and is in the office in the mornings. She will answer any questions you might have.
If you want to see what we've been up to, we still update our Instagram, we just don't have as many of our smiling faces as we usually do, but we do try to keep things interesting. We post our activity pages on our Instagram, but you can always find them on our website as completely FREE downloads.
We miss all of your smiling faces and are really looking forward to be going back. There is nothing like a situation like this that shows you how much you enjoy what you do! We certainly do.
Keep us in touch. We want to know how you and your loved ones are coping.
